Apple Pound Cake

Ingredients

250 gr flour
5 gr baking soda
3 gr salt
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
120 ml oil
400 gr sugar
3 eggs
9 gr vanilla
270 gr apples
85 gr raisins
140 gr pecans

Instructions

flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. With mixer at medium speed, beat together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until smooth. Fold in apples, pecans and raisins. Pour into greased and floured 25 cm tube pan. Bake at 160ÂșC or 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
