Apple Sauce Cake

Ingredients

220 gr cake flour
5 gr baking powder
1 ml soda
1 gr salt
3 gr cinnamon
110 gr butter
200 gr sugar
1 egg
170 gr raisins
140 gr nut meats
180 ml apple sauce

Instructions

Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder, soda, salt, and spices, and sift together three times. Cream butter thoroughly, add sugar gradually, and cream together until light and fluffy. Add egg, raisins, and nuts and beat well. Add flour mixture, alternately with apple sauce, a small amount at a time, beating after each addition until smooth.
