Apple Snacking Cake
Ingredients
2 eggs
120 ml oil
60 ml apple juice
4 gr vanilla
200 gr sugar
1 gr salt
2 gr baking soda
1 gr cinnamon
150 gr apples
280 gr semisweet miniature
100 gr pecans
9 baking
Instructions
from sides of pan. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or serve with dollop of whipped cream if desired. ----
