20 gr celery
1/2 apple
30 gr fine
2 gr parsley
16 gr walnuts
16 gr blue cheese
10 ml lemon juice
3/8 stems
34 gr reserved mushroom stems
5 ingredients in a bowl
1 gr apple mix reserved mushroom cap
Instructions
in a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan; bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
