240 ml applesauce 110 gr butter 220 gr brown sugar 5 ml soda 3 gr cinnamon 250 gr flour 1 gr nutmeg 170 gr raisins 1 gr salt
Instructions
Mix butter, sugar, salt and spices. Add flour and applesauce in which soda has been dissolved. Add the raisins. Pour into an oblong, wellgreased pan and bake at 180ºC about 35 minutes.
