----------------------------------FILLING---------------------------------24 oz Cream cheese; softened 1 c Sugar 2 tb Flour 3 Eggs 1 c Applesauce half ts Cinnamon quarter ts Nutmeg Combine all crust ingredients. Divide in half, press half in bottom of 9x13 inch pan, save remainder for top. Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients, beat until well blended. Pour into crust lined pan, make sure it's level. Sprinkle remaining crust on top. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. To minimize cracking, place shallow pan of water on rack below cake while cooking. ----
