Applesauce Cookies

Ingredients

240 ml applesauce
200 gr sugar
110 gr butter
1 egg
250 gr flour
170 gr raisins
140 gr nut meats
5 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
3 gr cinnamon
12 gr salt

Instructions

Combine ingredients. THEN drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookiesheets. Bake in 190ºC . oven till done.
