220 gr flour 1 gr salt 3 gr cinnamon 1 gr nutmeg 1 gr powdered 240 ml applesauce 5 gr baking soda 95 gr shortening 200 gr sugar 1 egg 170 gr seedless raisins 160 gr rolled oats
Instructions
Mix shortening with sugar and egg until creamy. Combine applesauce with soda. Mix well add rest of ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoon 5 cm apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 180ºC 20 minutes or until golden brown. ----
