Apricot-cardamon Bars & Apricot Icing

Ingredients

130 gr all purpose flour
110 gr packed brown sugar
2 gr baking powder
1 gr baking soda
1 gr cardamom
120 gr apricot nectar
60 ml unsweetened applesauce
30 ml cooking oil
1 egg
1/2 snipped apricos
1 recipe apricot icing
100 gr powdered sugar
10 gr three apricot
1/2 baking
350 degree oven about

Instructions

center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Drizzle with Apricot Icing. Cut into bars. Makes 24 bars. APRICOT ICING: In a small mixing bowl stir together half cup powdered sugar and 2 to 3 teaspoons apricot nectar or orange juice.
