Apricot-walnut Strudel Cookies

Ingredients

120 ml sour cream
34 gr butter
130 gr flour
1 gr salt
210 gr apricot jam
80 gr walnuts
22 gr raisins
22 gr golden raisins
2 disks
10 in diameter
110 gr apricot jam over the surface
1 disk
1/4 border around the edges
40 gr walnuts
10 gr raisins
10 gr golden raisins over the jam
12 sections

Instructions

baking sheet for 5 minutes. Cut the slices through; cool completely on the sheet. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for several months.
