Apricot Chews

Ingredients

140 gr apricots
85 gr raisins
80 ml water
130 gr flour
5 gr baking powder
1 gr baking soda
200 gr sugar
2 eggs
16 ml lemon juice
130 gr pineapple
100 gr nuts
200 gr powdered sugar
14 gr butter
1/4 apricot preservesp

Instructions

Cook apricots and raisins over low heat in water until water is absorbed. Cool slightly and add remaining ingredients except powdered sugar or frosting. Blend well and spread in a greased 23 cm pan. Bake at 180ÂșC for 35-40 minutes. Cut into bars while warm and sprinkle with powdered sugar or spread with frosting.

Blend well. Spread on bars.
