Apricot & Cream Cheese Coffeecake

Ingredients

3/4 apricot preserves
85 ml cream cheese
26 gr sugar
16 ml orange juice

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 190ºC Press dough into grease 23 cm square cake pan. Spread preserves evenly on dough. In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar and orange juice until smooth; spread over preserves. Cover; let rise in warm place until double about 30 minutes. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake at 190ºC for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. Serve warm or cold. ----
