Apricot Holiday Cookies

Ingredients

110 gr butter
130 gr sugar
1 egg
30 ml orange juice
1/2 orange
1/4 apricot preserves
250 gr flour
5 gr baking powder
1 gr salt

Instructions

Recipe by: Judy Zeidler. Cream together butter and sugar in large mixing bowl. Beat in egg. Add orange juice and peel and apricot preserves. Mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt in separate bowl. Beat flour mixture into butter mixture until dough comes together. Drop rounded ts of batter, about 5 cm apart, onto foil-lined, greased baking sheets. Bake at 190ÂșC until cookies are brown around the edges, 10 to dozen minutes. 69 cal; 3 gr fat; 39% fat. ----
