Argentinean Chimichurri

Ingredients

120 ml olive oil
120 ml vinegar
60 ml water
3 gr parsley
3 garlic
3 gr cayenne pepper
3 gr salt
3 gr oregano
1 pepper

Instructions

Great for beef and poultry. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with tight fitting lid. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.

Makes about 1.3333333333333 cups.
