Arroz Con Pollo

Ingredients

1,400 ml broiler fryer chicken up
2 gr salt
1 gr paprika
1 gr pepper
600 ml chicken broth
120 gr regular rice
1 onion
3 gr garlic salt
1 gr oregano leaves
1/8 tumeric
1 bay leaf crumbled
1 slice pimento pitted ripe olives
350 oven

Instructions

Heat broth to boiling. Remove chicken and drain fat from dish. Mix broth, rice, onion, garlic salt, oregano, turmeric, bay leaf and peas in baking dish. Top with chicken; cover with aluminum foil. Cook in oven until rice and thickest pieces of chicken are done and liquid is absorbed, about 30 minutes. Garnish with pimento strips and olives.
