Artis' Chicken Gumbo

Ingredients

800 gr stewing chicken
1 onion
4 shallots
20 stems parsley
2 garlic more w
1/2 green pepper
4 bay leaves
8 gr flour
7 ml oil
260 gr andouille sausage
1 oysters with liquid

Instructions

: salt and pepper : file powder Cut up chicken and season with salt and pepper. Fry chicken until brown, in its own fat, in a black iron pot. Place in soup pot. Cut up seasonings .
