Artz Rib House Garlic Soup

Ingredients

110 gr butter
2 heads garlic
1 onion
65 gr flour
2 gr paprika
1 gr cayenne pepper
3 gr pepper
1 gr thyme
1,400 ml chicken broth
1 lemon
3 gr parsley
1 croutons
2,800 ml saucepan

Instructions

Add chicken broth and bring to boil over medium-high heat stirring often. Reduce heat to low. Remove half c broth from pan and process in blender with reserved garlic until smooth, 2 to 3 seconds. Return to pan. Add lemon juice and parsley and stir well. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve with croutons and sliced lemon.
