Asparagus Soup #1
Ingredients
700 gr asparagus
1 clove pressed garlic
3 slices leeks
4 thinly green onions
45 gr butter
1 potato
950 ml water
1 vegetable
16 ml soy sauce
240 ml cream
9 gr tarragon
4 gr basil
Instructions
Saute vegetables in butter for 5 minutes. Add water and bouillon cube; simemr 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes more. Serve.
