Asparagus With Apple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

some salt and pepper
75 gr apples
240 ml water
16 ml honey
60 ml wine vinegar
50 gr garlic clove
5 ml dijon mustard
16 ml lemon juice
7 gr brandy
120 ml vegetable oil
525 gr asparagus

Instructions

Cook or steam asparagus until tender. Arrange on individual serving plates and cover with several spoons of vinaigrette.
