Ingredients

280 gr am wheat bran
475 ml milk
2 eggs
60 ml am unrefined vegetable oil
325 gr am multi blend flour
34 gr non-alum baking powder
3 gr sea salt
3 gr cinnamon
250 gr raisins
90 gr walnuts
24 muffins

Instructions

Oat Bran Variation: To make Aunt Hilda's bran muffins, follow recipe above with these simple changes: a) Substitute 2- half cups of oat bran for the wheat bran. b) Increase the honey to 0.75 cup. Everything else is the same.
