Aunt Polly's Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients
850 gr sweet potatoes
2 eggs
55 gr margarine
110 gr brown sugar
240 ml buttermilk
1 gr baking soda
1 gr nutmeg
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Will be very soupy. Bake at 180ºC for 1 hour. Yields about 10 servings.
