Authentic Maryland Crab Soup

Ingredients

2 onions
2 garlic
1 green bell pepper
3 stalks celery
6 fish stock
800 ml cans tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
5 gr oregano
2 potatoes
4 slices carrots
260 gr crab meat
14 gr italian parsley
1/2 stock to soften

Instructions

3. Stir in the corn, crabmeat and parsley and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with ground pepper to taste.
