Avocado-shrimp Aspic

Ingredients

18 gr gelatin
30 ml water
240 ml boiling water
1 sieved avocado
22 ml lemon juice
2 gr salt
1 pimiento
190 gr shrimp

Instructions

Soften gelatin in cold water, add boiling water and stir to dissolve. Add avocado, seasonings and pimiento. Chill until mixture begins to thicken, then add shrimps.
