Avocado Pear With Crab, Pear, Peach And Primroses

Ingredients

2 avocadoes
130 gr crab meat
1 pear
1 peach
1 primrose petals
8 gr sugar
2 ml dry mustard
1 garlic clove
45 ml wine vinegar
130 ml olive oil
45 ml cream
45 ml cream
90 ml vinaigrette to amke it creamy
