Avocados With Strawberry Salsa And Crispy Tortilla Strips
Ingredients
1 strawberry salsa
1 serrano
150 gr strawberries
120 gr onion
12 gr coriander
2 ml lime juice
1 gr salt
2 gr sugar if desired
5 corn tortillas vegetable oil for frying
1 firm ripe avocado
230 gr grilled chicken breasts
1 wearing rubber gloves
1 in a bowl stir chili
1/2 oil over moderate heat until but smokin working in two batches
1 slice paper towels to drain
2 plates
Instructions
Spoon about half cup strawberry salsa over each fan and mound crispy tortilla strips alongside.
