Babe's Pecan Pie

Ingredients

200 gr sugar
4 gr vanilla
325 gr dark corn syrup
140 gr pecans coarsely
3 eggs
1 pie shell unbaked
28 gr butter melted

Instructions

Combine sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Beat eggs at medium speed til blended. Gradually add hot sugar mixture to eggs, beating constantly. Stir in butter, vanilla and pecans. Pour mixture into pie shell; bake at 180ÂșC or 40 min.
