Bachelor's Stew
Ingredients
900 gr beef chuck in
36 gr dry bread crumbs
3 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 onion in eighths
3 carrots
4 stalks celery in
1 gr leaf basil
50 gr quick cooking tapioca
40 gr mushrooms undrained
1 kitche bouquet
200 gr condensed tomato soup
240 ml beef broth
Instructions
Wipe beef cubes well. combine bread crumbs with salt and pepper and toss with beef. Place coated beef cubes in Crock-Pot and add remaining ingredients; stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to dozen hours or on High for 3 to 5 hours. Serves 6
