Bacon-wrapped Little Loaves

Ingredients

700 gr beef
110 gr cheddar cheese
1 egg
28 gr bread crumbs
30 gr onion
60 ml lemon juice
34 gr green bell pepper
120 ml water
2 ml beef bouillon
3 gr salt
6 slices thinslicesofbacon

Instructions

Heat the oven to 180ÂșC . Mix all of the ingredients, except the bacon, together. Shape the mixture into 6 small loaves. Crisscross 2 of the half slices of bacon across each loaf, tucking the ends under each loaf. Place the loaves on a rack in a shallow baking pan and bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
