Bacon Omelet

Ingredients

14 gr butter
4 eggs
60 ml milk
3 slices bacon

Instructions

Crumbled Put butter in 23 cm pie plate. Microwave on high 30 seconds until melted. Beat eggs and milk and pour into pie plate. Sprinkle bacon on top and cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high 4 minutes stirring once during cooking. Cover and let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Fold in half
