Bacon & Onion Muffins
Ingredients
1/2 bacon
280 gr unbleached flour
2 gr baking soda
2 eggs
240 ml dairy sour cream
30 gr onion
14 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
80 ml milk
1 bacon drippings until tender
2 1/2 muffin
5/8 rds full
Instructions
Bake in 190ÂșC . Oven 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with homemade jelly or jam.
