Bacon Pancakes

Ingredients

2 starter
1 egg
120 gr bacon
30 ml oil bacon fat
26 gr sugar
1 flour as needed
2 gr baking soda

Instructions

add egg, bacon, oil and sugar to the starter and mix briefly. add flour to make desired thickness and mix till lump free. just before cooking dissolve baking soda into 1 Tablespoon of water mix gently with batter then cook in a (400)hot griddle make 2 or 8 cm rounds cook for 2 to 4 minutes turn and cook 2 more minutes.
