Bagel Toppers 3

Ingredients

42 yorker
110 ml whipped cream cheese
36 gr smoked salmon
16 ml sour cream
5 ml lemon juice
5 gr dill
2 gr dillweed
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
110 ml whipped cream cheese with
55 gr ham
10 ml honey mustard
120 gr ricotta cheese
40 gr radishes
36 gr cucumbers
7 gr parsley
1 gr lemon peel
190 gr tomato paste
2 gr oregano leaves
5 wheat
65 gr green bell pepper
40 gr mozzarella cheese

Instructions

This is for 4 bagels, halved and toasted. NEW YORKER-Combine cream cheese, salmon, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. MIDWESTERN-Combine cream cheese, ham, mustard and pepper. CALIFORNIAN-Combine ricotta, radishes, cucumbers, parsley, salt and lemon peel. PIZZA SNACK-Heat oven to 230ºC In small bowl, combine tomato paste and oregano. Spread each bagel half with 1T paste mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each with bell pepper; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 230ºC for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted
