Bagels 4

Ingredients

1 package dry yeast
80 ml warm water
3 gr salt
500 gr all-purpose
26 gr sugar
240 ml milk
1 egg
18 gr sugar in food processor bowl with dough blade
60 secon flour alarge plastic bag
12 two balls
20 ml q water to in a wide po
4 at a time

Instructions

briefly on towel and the place 3 cm apart on baking sheets. Brush each bagel with a little of the egg glaze. (At this point sprinkle on any of the optional salt or seeds.) Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Cool on racks.
