Baked Apple French Toast

Ingredients

110 gr brown sugar
16 ml water
3 green apples
8 eggs
950 ml milk
26 gr vanilla
12 slices bread
1 cinnamon

Instructions

------------------------------IRWIN E.SOLOMON-----------------------------Preheat oven to 180ÂșC Melt butter,add sugar,and water.Slice apples leaving skin on,and simmer in butter mixture fir 1 to 2 minutes.Pour mixture in bottom of 13 inchx9 inchx2 inch pan and let cool. Beat together eggs,milk and vanilla.Slice bread in halves and lay over apples to cover whole dish.Pour egg mixture over all,making sure all the bread is wet.Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake until golden brown and puffy,about 40 to 50 minutes.This dish may be made the night before and reheated just prior to serving... ----
