Baked Bulgur With Pecans

Ingredients

130 gr bulgur wheat
1 gr basil
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
475 ml boiling water
34 gr pecans

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a 1 litre baking dish or spray with a nonstick cooking spray. Place bulgur, basil, salt and pepper in prepared baking dish. Add boiling water and mix well. Cover tightly and bake 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork, add pecans, and mix well. Serve hot.
