Baked Carrots

Ingredients

18 carrots
75 gr butter
100 gr sugar
3 gr salt
1 gr cinnamon
80 ml boiling water

Instructions

Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 1:30 Scrape or pare carrots and place in casserole. Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon together; add water and blend well. Pour over carrots, cover and bake in moderate 180ÂșC oven 1.5 hours.
