Baked Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

700 ml ketchup
350 ml dry wine
1 parsley
3 garlic
1 gr basil
9 rosemary sprigs
3 broiler chickens

Instructions

Combine ketchup, white wine, parsley, garlic, basil and rosemary. Pour this sauce over chicken. Freeze in portions suitable for your family.

To serve: Defrost and bake at 325, basting, for about 1.5 hours, until done.
