Baked Cinnamon

Ingredients

2 packages dry yeast
700 gr all purpose flour
200 gr sugar
6 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
130 gr margarine
60 ml warm water
300 ml unsweetened applesauce
1 gr salt
2 eggs
650 gr flour
6 ingredients
1 1/2 at a time
1 thickness
2 1/2 doughnut cutter
28 gr melted margarine over doughnu let rise
100 gr sugar
1 in a zip top duty plastic bag

Instructions

tablespoons melted margarine over baked doughnuts; add doughnuts to plastic bag. Seal the bag and shake to coat. Yield: 3 dozen doughnuts
