Baked Lemon Haddock

Ingredients

425 gr haddock fillets
110 gr seasoned dry bread crumbs
55 gr butter
3 gr parsley flakes
4 gr lemon peel
2 gr garlic powder

Instructions

Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in a greased 11x7x2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fish. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
