Baked Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredients

9 gr margarine
60 gr onion
50 gr macaroni
40 gr cheddar cheese
180 ml evaporated skim milk
1 egg
12 gr salt
9 gr paprika
1 gr pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . In small nonstick skillet heat 1 tspmargarine until bubbly and hot. Add onion and saute until translucent. (Donot brown). In bottom of 1 litre casserole spread 0.75 cup of macaroni. Topwith 5.5 oz cheese, then half the sauteed onion. Repeat layers. In smallbowl combine milk, egg, salt, and pepper, mixing well. Pour over macaronimixture and sprinkle with paprika. Dot with remaining margarine and bakeuntil set, 20-25 minutes. Do not overcook.
