Baked Orzo With Peppers And Cheese

Ingredients

6 gr salt
65 gr peppers
45 gr green chili peppers
240 ml fat-free sour cream
28 gr butter
1 orzo
110 gr lowfat mozzarella cheese
40 gr parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Add 2 teaspoons salt into boiling water, add orzo; boil 10 to dozen minutes un til tender; drain. 2. Put orzo into lightly buttered dish with peppers, chilies and Monterey Jack . 3. Spread sour cream evenly over top, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, dot with butter. 4. Bake at 230ÂșC or 15 minutes, top shelf of oven until golden puffy. Cool slightly.
