Baked Potato Soup 2

Ingredients

150 gr butter
85 gr all purpose flour
1,700 ml milk
4 baking potatoes
4 slices green onions
12 slices bacon
140 gr cheddar cheese
240 ml sour cream
2 gr salt
1 gr pepper

Instructions

In a large soup kettle, melt butter. Stir in flour, heat and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk; stirring constantly until thickened. Add potatoes and onion. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; stir until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Yields about 2.5 quarts.
