Baked Potato With Curried Mushrooms.

Ingredients

some salt and pepper
180 potato scrubbed
5 gr margarine
1 shallot
22 gr mushrooms wiped
2 gr mild curry powder
3 gr tomato puree
16 gr low fat natural yogur
1 gr mint
400 gas mark

Instructions

Garnish with a sprig of mint. Preparation 10 minutes: cooking 1 hour (10 minutes if microwaved).
