Baked Stuffed Shrimp

Ingredients

some garllic
16 ml olive oil
3 green onions
1 gr italian parsley
3 gr thyme
10 gr tomato bits
80 gr fine bread crumbs
8 gr parmesan cheese
4 salt and pepper

Instructions

sides down, with tail shells pointing up. Spread a layer of stuffing over the flattened portion of each shrimp, mounding it slightly in the center. Bake until the shrimp are pink and the stuffing is well-browned, about 10 to dozen minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges and offer tartar sauce, if desired.
