Banana-ginger Bran Muffins

Ingredients

220 gr ripe banana
3 bananas
9 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
2 egg whites
1 gr salt
110 gr brown sugar
28 gr brown sugar
1/2 oat bran
2 gr ginger
14 gr margarine
60 gr crystallized ginger
4 gr vanilla extract peel
1 lemon
40 gr golden raisins
95 gr all purpose flour
14 gr powdered sugar
95 gr wheat flour
16 ml lemon juice
375 degree oven

Instructions

to make a glaze. Immediately brush over the hot muffins. Let cool a few minutes before serving.
