Banana-apple Loaf

Ingredients

110 gr margarine softened
110 gr packed brown sugar
100 gr granulated sugar
2 eggs
45 ml sour cream
75 gr mashed bananas
2 bananas
4 gr vanilla extract
250 gr all purpose flour
5 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
1 gr cinnamon
2 apples
60 gr black walnuts

Instructions

* Use stick margarine, not the soft kind, or use butter.

1. Cream together margarine and sugars, beat in eggs thoroughly.

Blend in sour cream, banana and vanilla.

2. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Gradually add to

butter mixture. 3. Gently fold in chopped apples and nuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. 4. Bake about 1 hour at 375 degrees. Cool before slicing.
