Banana-coconut Bake

Ingredients

5 bananas
14 gr margarine
80 ml orange juice
16 ml lemon juice
40 gr brown sugar
55 gr coconut

Instructions

Heat oven to 190ÂșC .

Cut bananas crosswise into halves, then lengthwise into halves and arrange in greased 23 cm pie plate.

Dot with margarine and drizzle with orange and lemon juices.

Sprinkle with brown sugar and coconut.

Bake until coconut is golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
