Banana-orange Frozen Push-ups

Ingredients

2 bananas
170 ml orange juice
120 ml milk
120 ml water
240 ml yogurt

Instructions

Thaw orange juice until soft. Peel bananas and slice into blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and blend until foamy. Pour into small paper cups and freeze.
