Banana Caramel Custard

Ingredients

250 gr sugar
2 overripe bananas
8 eggs
2 packages evaporated milk
9 gr vanilla extract
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr salt
9 baking dish
1/2 full of
100 gr sugar over
5 loaf so the sugar covers the bottom of the completely
150 gr sugar
1 with an electric mixer on high speed until completely liquefied with no lumps

Instructions

custard. Invert a serving plate over the pan. Invert the pan and plate together. Lift the pan and allow the syrup to runonto the plate. Serve right away or cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into 10 slices.
