280 gr flour 9 gr baking powder 1 gr baking soda 1 gr salt 130 gr shortening 200 gr sugar 2 eggs 4 gr vanilla 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips 150 gr bananas
Instructions
Sift dry ingredients together. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, chocolate (melted), bananas and flour mixture. Mix thoroughly. Bake at 200ºC or 12-15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheets. ----
